How to check consumer court case status (e-Jagriti)
Consumer complaints before the District, State and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions are now filed and tracked on e-Jagriti (e-jagriti.gov.in), the Department of Consumer Affairs portal that succeeded e-Daakhil. It brings earlier systems such as e-Daakhil and CONFONET into one platform.
How to track a consumer case
Open e-jagriti.gov.in and use the case status or case search option.
Select the commission (District, State or National) and the location.
Search with the case number, or sign in with the account used to file the complaint to see your own cases.
Open the case to view hearing dates, orders and next steps.
If a case was filed before the move to e-Jagriti and cannot be found, ask the commission registry for its current number.
